Method of Operation
SEFEP works as a facilitator, advocacy platform and grant-maker,
cooperating with stakeholders across all relevant sectors. SEFEP aims to
strengthen and cooperate with existing networks and platforms and will
only create new entities where no adequate structures exist.
SEFEP´s activities are carried out at EU and member states´ level.
They
offer opportunities to stimulate cooperation and strengthen capacities
of stakeholders, by
➢ elaborating and commissioning research projects, studies and working papers;
➢ initiating, coordinating or supporting solution-oriented dialogue activities and political projects;
➢ organising and supporting off-the-record meetings, policy workshops, public conferences and high-level events;
➢ carrying out capacity building activities across different stakeholder groups;
➢ developing and offering free-of-charge networking tools.
